The heart chakra, or Anahata, is associated with love, compassion, and connection. Chakra healing practices aim to gently balance the flow of energy in these centers, promoting a sense of well-being and inner peace.

This gentle class welcomes everyone to explore their inner landscape and experience a deeper sense of well-being. We'll focus on gentle movements, postures, and breathwork to promote a healthy flow of energy within your heart chakra. Through mindful breathing, a guided meditation, and gentle energy healing techniques, you'll find a sense of peace, connection, and emotional balance.

Listen to your body and choose what feels best for you in each pose. Leave feeling loved and supported. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

Winter is the season of the Water element, and it is in the medicine of the Water that we root into our ability to flow and be at ease with the wisdom to be found in darkness.

Oracle cards are a tool for divination and self reflection. They offer us insight into the energies at large, and can be a beautiful way to find guidance or clarity when we are in need of support.

In this workshop led by our founder Crystal Dorado, we will design and create our own set of 5 oracle cards with the guidance of our intuition. We will be using simple collage techniques to create the cards with messages from our higher self. This workshop will include teachings on how to connect with your intuition, as well as guidance on how to use your own oracle deck. 

Bring supplies like magazines, newspapers, construction paper, glitter, stickers, etc to share and join us! 

Card stock, glue, pens, and paper will be provided.
