Spiritual hygiene is a crucial part of protecting, cleansing, and preserving our energy. In this three-day immersive series, we explore traditional methods of energy cleansing, or limpias, rooted in indigenous science. Traditional among the indigenous people of Mexico and Central America, limpias are cleansing ceremonies designed to support our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
Being physically present together adds an element that cannot be replicated any other way—the scent of copal filling the room, real-time correction during hands-on techniques, and the felt sense of community energy moving through a shared space. Cleansing is a sacred ritual that uses specific tools, incantations, or intentions to release old energetic debris from our aura, move through blockages in our energy body, and make space to call in new vibrations. Over three days, we will work through several of these traditional methods together.

The Art of the Cleanse: Learn when and why to cleanse your personal energy and your home.
Sacred Techniques: Gain hands-on practice with water, smoke, and herbal limpia methods. You will learn the traditional egg cleanse in depth: selecting and preparing eggs for ceremony, performing the cleanse on yourself and others, and diagnosing what an egg reveals afterward. We will also cover the spiritual ailments this practice addresses and how they manifest in the energetic body. All supplies are provided.
Ritual & Protection: Build rituals, aftercare, and integration practices that keep your energetic field grounded and protected long after the class ends.
No prior experience is necessary—just an open heart and a desire to reconnect with your own wellbeing. Full attendance across all three days is required, as the hands-on egg cleanse practice builds progressively.
