A Day Retreat Experience
Within many ancestral healing traditions, the womb is recognized as more than a physical space—it is a sacred center that holds memory, emotion, and lineage. Unprocessed grief, generational trauma, emotional wounds, and energetic imprints from past relationships can all live within the womb space, quietly shaping how we move through the world.
This gathering creates space to gently illuminate what is being held, honor what has been carried, and begin the sacred work of releasing what no longer serves you.
Join Verde Holistic Wellness Studio Founder Crystal Dorado and Grounded Goddess Founder Luz Alondra Rodriguez for a collaborative day retreat centered around womb wellness rooted in ancestral wisdom. This immersive offering invites participants to explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual connection to their womb through ancient practices, guided meditation, and gentle movement in a supportive, trauma-informed community space.
All experiences are beginner-friendly and open to anyone called to intentional care and deeper connection to their womb space. This space is open to all womb holders, including our queer and gender-expansive community.
The Experience
Plática with Crystal — An exploration of the physical and spiritual dimensions of the womb space, including the spiritual ailments and energetic imprints that can take root within it.
Somatic Womb Touch — An ancient practice of intentional guided touch to gently surface and release stored emotions and energetic imprints held within the womb space.
Community Potluck Lunch — Connect, break bread, and build community with fellow participants.
Self-Care Ritual — A guided self-womb massage with aceite de copal (participants will take home their own bottle of aceite de copal).
Womb Yoga with Luz — A slow, intentional practice of breath and gentle movement that invites awareness into the pelvic floor, hips, and womb space, creating room for grounding, integration, and reconnection to inner wisdom.
