Limpia Masterclass: An Invitation to Cleanse, Remember & Reconnect
Are you feeling weighed down by heavy energy or the lingering residue of past seasons? This immersive three-part masterclass is a sacred invitation to step into the traditional spiritual cleansing practices rooted in the Indigenous cultures of Central and South America. Together, we will learn to release negativity, restore internal balance, and shed the energetic weight that no longer serves us.
What is a Limpia? In Spanish, limpia means "to clean," but the practice goes far deeper than the physical. It is an energetic recalibration designed to clear spiritual blockages and call your spirit back home. Through this lineage-based wisdom, we learn to navigate our own energy fields and create space for healing and protection.
The Masterclass Journey Across three days at our Pilsen studio, we will dive deep into the history and application of these rituals:
Decolonizing Healing: Understanding the ancestral history and cultural roots of Limpias.
The Art of the Cleanse: Learning when and why to cleanse your personal energy and your home.
Sacred Techniques: Hands-on practice with water, smoke, and herbal Limpia techniques, including how to perform and interpret an egg cleanse.
Ritual & Protection: How to create your own sacred rituals and maintain a grounded, protected energetic field in your daily life.
