As the wheel of the year turns and we enter the balanced threshold of the Fall Equinox, we invite you to gather in community for a deeply restorative evening. This year, we are bringing the warmth of our traditional equinox gathering indoors to the Verde studio, combining our seasonal celebration with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony.
While we won't be gathering around a physical fire, this ceremony offers us a profound chance to speak with Grandfather Fire and to feed the fire within. It is an invitation to transition inward alongside nature—connecting us to our essence, calling us home to ourselves, and helping us find our deep, internal truth once again.
Together, we will share a cup of sacred cacao, using its grounding medicine to anchor us as the seasons shift.
What to Bring:
An Offering: We invite you to bring an offering for our collective center altar (such as flowers, herbs, seeds, or incense) to honor the earth's harvest.
Comfort Items: A journal, a water bottle, and any personal items that help you feel grounded.
Important Note on Cacao: Please be advised that ceremonial cacao can gently raise blood pressure and heart rate. Listen to your body and consume what feels supportive for you.
This is a family-friendly, community event, and all are welcome to join us in this sacred container.
